Each customer receives a tailored electricity contract based on their own consumption and needs. This way, they can offer the best contracts on the market.

About the Position

We are now looking for a team leader who can be responsible for about 5–10 salespeople. The job includes sales, coaching, training, and budget responsibility. You will primarily be responsible for meeting the budget as well as for the training and development of your salespeople. You will work closely with other team leaders as a sales manager. Sales are conducted towards private individuals using the phone as a tool.

Qualifications

We expect you to have at least 6 months of previous sales experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with new people, is driven, and contributes positive energy. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

You will receive both a fixed salary and commission based on your team's sales.
